Yeppers... the sure do. It's called STALLING!!! In any way they can think of...drinks, bathrooms, washing hands, needing lotion and Vaseline, can't find blankies, need loves, etc. My kids routines don't produce warm feelings like yours do :)
Bedtime rituals are as standard as...sleep! I'm only commenting once for all the recent posts you've done: Wow. Just wow. You really know how to feast, gobble it all,and then suck the marrow out of life, Meliss! Even posting the good from a marathon gone bad. You really are my hero! ;-) Love and hugs to the whole stinkin' cute bunch of you (yes, Leif, you are stinkin' cute, and Melissa, you're just plain hot toffee!) Auntie Karla
So my boys just watched this video and Xander said, "I want to do just what Paige and Gavin did in the video." (They have a red chair with Elmo on it just like the Lightning one.) AND it's right before bed. :)

Oh I just love those kids. So stinking cute and full of sneakiness.

Right before bed? Aren't they a little too wound up after this??? Oh, if I could have just half of those kids' energy!

We are definitely coming! Super excited to get together! Jed has 3 days off so we are going to come up as soon as he is done and play hard!
Cute! My kids bedtime ritual is to be naughty. As naughty as can be.
