A-wah-hoo! *not to be confused with Oahu

Official homeowners again today after four years of renting! This is the fourth home we have bought, and it is far and away the biggest project. Remodel goal is six months (which is at least how long I'll need to prepare to say good-bye to my neighborhood. 'Twill be a sad day indeed). I can't wait to do before and after pictures. Leif and I toasted with Ruby Red Squirt, which felt magically auspicious. But I get that feeling every time I drink the stuff, so . . .
